This Shipping Policy outlines how Summit Offroad processes and delivers orders within New Zealand.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days once payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For some items, including snorkels and larger components, there may be a 3–5 business day handling time prior to dispatch. Any delays will be communicated where possible.
Shipping Methods
We use reputable courier and freight providers to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Shipping method and carrier are selected based on order size, weight and destination.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched where available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for larger or heavier items.
For oversized or bulky products (such as snorkels, lift kits or suspension components), freight charges may vary depending on location. If additional freight charges apply, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times within New Zealand are as follows:

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by arrangement for customers based in or near Christchurch. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability and pickup details.
Installation Orders
For products being supplied and installed by Summit Offroad, shipping does not apply. Installation bookings and timeframes will be confirmed directly with the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Summit Offroad is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where applicable so we can assist.
