These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Summit Offroad website and the purchase of products or services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products and Services
We supply 4×4 accessories, including snorkels and related components, and may offer installation services. Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided as accurately as possible, however minor variations may occur.
All products are supplied subject to availability.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
Payment must be made in full before orders are processed or products are released.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected misuse.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless approved by us.
Installation Services
Where installation services are provided:

Vehicles must be presented in a suitable condition

Additional work required due to vehicle condition or modifications may incur extra charges
Installation workmanship is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and is assessed separately on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty
All products supplied by Summit Offroad are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty only, which applies to manufacturing defects under normal use.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, off-road use, modifications, accidents or environmental conditions is not covered. Full details are outlined in our Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refunds & Exchanges Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Offroad is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Use of 4×4 accessories and vehicles in off-road environments carries inherent risks, and customers are responsible for assessing conditions and suitability.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is the property of Summit Offroad and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
